Poly Vinyl Chloride is a cheap and easily extruded material that has good physical properties and when mixed with various plastifyers make it suitable to manufacture flexible hoses.

Hoses are manufactured by extruding PVC with various reinforcements, a single steel or rigid PVC helix for suction hoses and high tensile yarn for layflat delivery hoses.

Sizes 1″ to 10″ bore. Up to 30 metres long.

PVC hoses are available to handle most products:-

• Oil & petroleum products
• Water based slurries
• Chemicals, most modern chemicals can be catered for. Compressed  gases
• Food quality for potable water liquid food or some dry products. non tainting.
